    Today we made sadza reZviyo. It is a type of sadza that is brown in colour with a chocolate-like appearance and is commonly served during traditional ceremonies in the Shona culture. It is highly nutritious with a lot of fibre. It can be served with covo, stew or potatoes. Hope you enjoy the recipe!

    How do the zimbabwaens fix the stick they use for staring the sadza to not have lumps the one I saw with a long stick and at the bottom got steal please show us step by step thank you

    How do you prepare the millet flour that it shouldn't have the sandy texture?

      hello Lily. The sand usually gets in at the drying stage (of the seeds). you can't avoid it at cooking stage.
