- How To Cook Sadza ReZviyo (African Finger Millet Pap)
Today we made sadza reZviyo. It is a type of sadza that is brown in colour with a chocolate-like appearance and is commonly served during traditional ceremonies in the Shona culture. It is highly nutritious with a lot of fibre. It can be served with covo, stew or potatoes. Hope you enjoy the recipe!

How do you prepare the millet flour that it shouldn't have the sandy texture?
hello Lily. The sand usually gets in at the drying stage (of the seeds). you can't avoid it at cooking stage.
How does the get in?
I did the same sadza got up so nicely
How long do you leave it to simmer on the stove? Thank you.
8-10 minutes should be fine
