🍂New Storytellers Cafe Mickey's Autumn Adventures Character Dining! 🍁🍂Was it worth it? 🍂🍁

- We had a great time at this new character dining for fall at Storytellers Cafe. This one is great for those that want the fall experience with characters without it being all Halloween. I think though if you are trying to decide between this and goofy's kitchen halloween, I would go to Goofy's Kitchen Halloween. The reasons why are because of the ambiance. Though Storytellers is always amazing, It didn't really feel different from when we go on regular times. Goofy's kitchen goes all out in the restaurant with really cute decorations and also food that is related to the theme. We have seen this at both Halloween or Christmas goofy's kitchen. Storytellers is the ONLY character dining with Mickey Mouse so that is something that may factor into your decision.
In general, character dining can be expensive. However, it is such a great way to meet characters one and one. They spend so much time with you at your table. And each character will be different than the last time you were there. This time Pluto was AMAZING! He was doing the funniest things. Mickey and Minnie tend to be super calm and not as silly. haha And I already get shy when they come around so I'm starstruck when they get to me and I act like a goober. haha
Here are a few important details from the disneyland app about the dining.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid a per person cancellation fee, you must cancel at least one day prior to your Breakfast or Brunch reservation. If you fail to cancel in a timely way or are a no show, the credit card provided at the time of your reservation will be charged $10 per person for a Dinner reservation, and the full price per person for a Breakfast or Brunch cancellation. Please note that reservations for special dining events and holiday dining have different terms and a separate cancellation
Parking:
Complimentary 3-hour parking is included when you dine at Storytellers Cafe. Validation is available at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. After the initial 3-hour period, Guests will be charged as follows:
• $40.00 for the first hour for self-parking
• $70.00 for the first hour for valet parking
Each hour after that is an additional $10.00 for both self-parking (up to $80 maximum) and valet (up to $140 maximum)

Aww I love the hipster Mickey!!!
What a fun experience. I don’t do buffets. Too much food to choose from.
The Chilaquiles were straight bomb!🤤🤤🎉 And the Sirloin steak slices were soooo good.🤩 And meeting the characters and interacting with them really makes the whole experience worth it.😁🍂🍁
