Ukrainians invented a new and very effective method of conscription.
They check how fast the candidates for soldiers can run just on the spot while recruiting them on the streets.
The potential soldier starts to run and the recruiter measures how fast he can run.
This way they can select the most adequate candidates for storming Moscow. It will help the Ukrainian authorities to save a lot of time.
The western tanks are already in Moscow but unfortunately without the crew. So Ukrainian authorities elaborated a very smart way to find a speedy crew for the tanks.

Russian and Ukrainian recruitment systems are quite different.
After the attempt in autumn 2022 to conscript soldiers Putin decided to change the method. The Russians taxed Gazprom specifically for this purpose. Now they do not have need to conscript people because they have a lot of volunteer contractors. They offer about 5k dollars monthly while in service and in the case of death the widow would get as much as 100 k dollars. It is a sum you can buy a decent house in Russia. Of course, there are some more privileges. It is just an enormous amount of money for a man living in a village or a small town in the East.
The contractors are trained for at least 12 months and are sent to the front line after this period. Russia can afford this system owing to the enormous income of Gazprom.
This way Russia's army increased about 400 k soldiers in 2023 and about 150 k in 2024 by the date. It is correlated with the production of arms so they are not only well trained but well equipped, too. The Russian army is growing in strength by the day. Since the beginning of this year, the first new batches have come to the front line. This process is slow but steady and sure.
A dramatically different situation is in the Ukrainian army. The Ukrainian authorities don't have money to pay contractors so they depend only on forced conscription.
In fact, the situation in Ukraine is tragic and Ukraine is doomed. The process is slow but the outcome is inevitable.

The only thing that matters is territorial gain, and the Ukraine is not gaining any at all, they are losing ground every day. He has sacked his head of intelligence due to the recent assassination attempt, he obviously does not want to die, but tells the country to fight to the last Ukranian. The country will at that point have no Ukranians and that leaves it wide open for exploitation by the west. I suspect that this will be kept going until the river, and then peace will be negotiated. NATO will claim to have stopped the Russian advance, and Russia will claim that they have achieved their objective. The idea of how important air superiority is has been somewhat negated by the massive amounts of AAA on both sides. Early on the defenders had an edge in short range shoulder fired missiles that first forced Russian airpower to use up all the precision ordinance then use less accurate bombing from outside effective AAA at higher altitude. In contrast the Russians had more complete air denial over territory they held but both sides made strides in filling gaps in their AAA. That's why Russia mainly uses aircraft over territory it holds now and sends drones over Ukraine much as Ukraine is increasingly doing to them. It's naive to think air planes would be a key game changer now.

Already by just listening to a bit of this, accuracy seems EXtremely dubious. I will put out a review a little later when i have some free time. What is it with this channel? Are they related to the Main stream media or something? Seems to be the same old tired lies I hear there. I do a lot of reviews and it seems this channel scores very low in my rankings. They must be screening the people in their videos so that the only ones we hear are the ones that share their views. I don't see them being interviewed anywhere else on the more reputable channels. Most Likely becouse they would not pass the minimum credential requirements to be There. I would seriously caution anyone who views these videos. Their accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.

Maybe you should go back and have a closer look at the facts. If you said it was the other way around there might be a bit of truth in it.
