24 is definitely a weird age, I have some friends getting married, engaged, getting a house and you just don’t know where you’re supposed to be sitting😂But I love the new hair, your root colour definitely is GIVING✨🤍!!
This is such a lovely video. You look so grownup with darker hair, it really suits you! Also watching the progression from when you first went to Aus on your own, when you didn't like being alone, to now, is wonderful! Weirdly proud of someone I've never met x
ALSO - I turn 25 next week and the quarter-life crisis is a mood
This is THE MOST lovely comment, thank you so much!! I definitely feel like it's helped me enjoy my own company more for sure!!
I relate to the last question a lot! The idea of like losing friends but making friends throughout life is a weird concept and can be quite upsetting but it’s literally a fact of life! You definitely have to evaluate your relationships and who’s worth your energy and time! I have friends from when I moved away from home at 16 that I’ve not spoken to since and I have friends that I made during those three years I spent away from home that that even now 7 years later I value so so much! Even if we’re at different stages of life and we live all over the country I know that even if we don’t speak for a while we’re still just as close and it’s really nice so it’s just working out who’s worth it and working through the rubbish realisation of losing people before you find your people! I’m in the same year at school and being this age of 23/24 where everyone is at such different stages of life is weird (Idk if any of this makes any sense but yeah 😂)
This makes total sense and is exaclty how I feel, it's a weird time for sure but you're definitely right!!
New Zealand is incredible I went this February, for north island I’d say Wellington, Taupo, Coromandel Peninsula, Auckland, Bay of Islands (dreamy) and Waiheke Island - so so stunning.
South Island is a must too, my favourite places were Queenstown (spend a good amount of time here, so much to do), Stewart Island if you fancy a few days fishing, exploring etc but not a huge must but very pretty, Milford Sound a big big must do - breathtaking, Lake Tekapo & Mount Cook, Abel Tasman beautiful scenery but take sandfly repellent with you! I would go back in a heartbeat!
loving the hair!!
Loved this💜
Rocking the hair Molly
Thanks for this Q&A catch up ❤xx
Love you
I’m leaving the UK on Friday to go to NZ for 18 months (eeee!) and always find your videos so helpful. I’ll be living with family in the north island and would love to be a tour guide for you and Tom if you come to the area!! x
💯 on this video 🙌 genuinely thoughts and feels I've been having prepping to go travelling too 🤣
I'm 26 approaching 27 and the ages between 24-26 is mad. That quarter life crisis is real 😂
Thanks for being so open and honest☺️
I'm visiting Melbourne next week, so excited! My first travel experience outside of Europe :)
ahhh have the best time!!
❤❤❤
Hey just saying love your vids 💕 i miss lottie
Also just finished watching the end bit of your video as I was decorating for Autumn, I really appreciate you talking about how friendships change over time and how you felt about not having those immediate close connections you were used to - I feel like people may think because you left for Australia and travels that it was easy for you to not be there for peoples birthdays/occasions but that's obviously not the case at all xx Completely get your mixed feelings and emotions, I feel pretty similarly and I haven't even left the country haha x
I turned 24 three months ago, some of my friends are getting married and I honestly I'm so not ready to settle down. Like at all. I feel like my life hasn't even started yet because all I've been doing so far was being in education (and being broke lol) so I can't wait to travel and maybe live somewhere else.
At the same time I've been on the go practically since the beginning of the year and while I never really travelled for a long time I've still been so busy and I've been away so often like basically I've either worked, had exams or was away that when I caught up with my friends again I really felt like I missed out on a lot, like life at home went on without me and honestly that's something that I'm struggling with at the moment. But you can't have it all in life and every choice we make has some downsides, it's just hard to find a balance
you never have to settle down, don't let the conformists tell you how to live your life
the term 'settle down' is a term created by society to control people, especially women
🥰🌟💕
If you need another sit, i know somebody who needs a pet sitter in Melbourne from December 7th-january 20th
She will be back in the UK by then
hello beautiful 😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️
hun there r people that cant even afford to live in aus because of how expensive everything is were low on staff and employees everywhere and we have a housing crisis there r people coming in the country and dont have a place to stay but they have work the least u could do is experience that
I’m not entirely sure what you mean or what you think would have been right, I am working here and living here currently ?
She's working 2 jobs as explained in the video? Did you even watch it or just here to troll 🙄
Move to sydney if you want 30 degrees everyday lol
if we didn't have jobs here we really would've looked at that haha
So how do you live for free?
She explained you pay to sign up to the website then someone lets you house sit. They both work virtual jobs so that will pay for food, travel etc
ur not even from aus to talk our immigration has been closed about time the country did something right
