I recently discovered a mature elderberry bush in my yard. I knew it was a bush with small berries, but I didn't know it was edible and I didn't know it was an elderberry. This coming summer/fall I'll try to harvest as much as I can to make I don't know what. Thanks for the intro to this fruit.
