Of course I was also brought here by Tony Hawks, but what stood out is how wholesome the chorus is. We should all look out for our friends, and sometimes even a simple message can go a long way.

Check out Broadcast To The World. It was around the end of there popularity, and where they got this kind of sound. They had funk in the 90's. MFZB is also good too.

When I was about 15 years old, my friends and I had this exact conversation over what bands have only gotten better over time without any decline in sound, feel, or impact. All we could come up with was Zebrahead, and this was at the release time of Broadcast to the World. 12 years later for me and it still rings true. I cant wait for this album to drop!

The original THPS was a HUGE influence on my music taste in life.. In my 30s a re-release And NOTHING CHANGED.. Awesome Tunes
33 years old and was introduced with Playmate of the Year. Still a great band to me. One of my favorites. When I'm stressed or angry or happy their tunes always do the trick.

You guys sure picked me up at a rough time. I had gone through a death in the family and I was feeling down for months. One day I bought "Call Your Friends", listened to the album, and had more fun then I had had in months, really cheered me up. And the release date actually coincides with that grieving process, the stars aligned. Thanks for the great tunes, You bet I'll buy the album!
Funny thing is that i thought the song was much older then I've heard it the first time in THPS 1+2 and got surprised: It came out one year ago! And i must say, it is a modern classic!
