When I was a kid, I ask my mother to buy a keyboard toy. My uncle has a professional keyboard and I know that every hey sounds separatedly. My mother bought a "keyboard" that has only 7 keys and only one key sound a time, making int impossible to do chords. After that, they bougt me a piano toy, that have 2 octaves and uses pins instead strings. Well, it enable me to truly play pianno. Okay, the durability of this piano was about one year, but brings me a good instrumental understanding.

That doesn’t make it a bass, it’s simply a 4-string guitar that is like 15 octaves higher. A bass is a 4-stringed guitar that is an octave lower.

I work at a dollar store..I've screwed around with those exact guitars a couple times when kids inevitably rip them out of the packages.
