Thank you for sharing this video, what a beautiful old tree, it would be nice to see it in leaf. I purchased 2 pomegranate trees from the clearance rack at Lowe's they were in 20oz cups for $1 each, they were dormant and very dried out. Now 1 year later and they are doing wonderful, one of them has a pomegranate the size of a golf ball. You are right, people get very excited when they see fruit growing on such a small tree. I have subscribed and look forward to seeing and learning more from you and your videos.

    👏🏽
    A Majestic Pomegranate..
I see (Twisted)Pomegranates here in Florida a lot...
I always Wonder about putting one in a Pot, not knowing if the Trunk will Twist at some point...
I hear that happens with Age, but wasn't sure if it would happen with a Tree that's in a Pot...
    But,
I think? I see a Twist in there, so....
    😊
    Maybe I'll get one soon..
If I'm Lucky, one with some Age on it🤞🏽
    Thanks for this Cip Milton
    That's a Magnificent Tree
    🏆

Amazing tree Dr. Milton, the history behind every tree is unique and this is something we cannot shape the way we want it. Will be happy to see it in a museum one day!

On the 101 freeway in Canoga Park long ago they planted pomegranate trees in the median but they were supposed to be flowering only. Traffic problems occurred because people used to stop in the median to pick the poms. I remember when they were bulldozed, in the 60s or 70s when the freeway was widened. Wonder if your tree was one of those.

One hundred years ago was 1923-the Roaring Twenties! Beautiful tree and it's great that it's still fruitful.

My grandma had one that towered. At only 50-60 years old it was a dense forest against the back fence. The branches would hand to the ground with fruit

On an old tree like this do you think it would be possible to air layer?
