I concur with exercise 💯 during pregnancy not rigorous oh . Just simple 10 to 20mins walk daily.. just be active.. when I was in labor I practically walked like 40mins to the clinic stoping and resting on my way. Meanwhile the entire journey I walked distances atleast 20mins a day. I worked till 8months...
