I love the smaller (medium size) pieces crumbles because when crumbled, they are crunchier, for me personally the full block crumbles aren’t that great while others seem to love them the most🙂
Hey mello, I have an idea, since you say that you can’t get all these types of gym chalk because of living in Canada, maybe you can ask one of these other asmr people like “a powdery mess” “crunchyasmr” to order blocks of ader chalk, and then ship it to your address, that seems like a good idea to me and plus I really wanna see you crumble ader chalk🤗🤗

Coconut oil is a raw form of protein and doesn't really have any long term benefits at moisturizing skin. It seems to help temporarily but in the long run you're actually cooking your skin and hair if it is applied and then you spend time in hot direct sun light. I recommend jojoba oil, which resembles our bodies own natural oil so it is more easily absorbed. I have awful dry cuticles and have been using it for a year, it's the only thing that helps. Now my hands are so much more soft and supple and are far less wrinkly

Nope!.. I use organic coconut oil before crushing, then after crushing I wash hands with soap and use a thick hand lotion. Hope that helps :)
