I made an on off switch activated stun lock without the fire. The Bowser junior has to be offscreen. Upon hitting a switch, the blasters push bj into a contraption with one note block at the bottom and 2 springs either side of him 3 blocks up from the note blocks.
I have a machine only using 2 blocks! Its called the AFK detector, put a spike trap at the height of the starting platform, 3 blocks to the right, and 1 block upwards place a winged trampoline, the player will AFK next to the spike trap and the winged trampoline will push the player at the left-most part then send you to the spike trap, if the player is not AFK he/she can just jump on the winged spring then jump or wait for it to be gone and jump.

I clipped through an icicle in multiplayer and what's cool is probably not a glitch but what seems like one but dust still moves even though nothing is moving but dust from the player. also when i said lag messes with hitboxes i meant while a match i was in i nearly died and long jumped onto the flagpole in a glitch level for a hyperspeed setup. also i used a flagpole and a slope to clip through cannons as big toad.
Is there a lag detector that can be used just for a specific area, and that can trigger a note block instead of an on-off switch? I want to use one to have power-ups come into my anti-softlock when you take damage for the first time, and I can't use on/off switches because that's already occupied to make it so that bumpers come into the area but only when you fall for the CP1 troll and get thrown into the anti and it can't be global because I don't want it interfering with other parts of the level
The direction detection one breaks pretty easily if you switch directions fast. Do you know of any fixes because I think it would be useful if it wasn’t so prone to breaking.

hmm, youd have to max the entity limit, and then when a boss dies another enemy spawns from a pipe and hits an on-off switch that releases another boss

Contraption 6 works in smb3 too. It also technically works with the link costume in smb1, but it either doesn’t crush you, or it kills you.

this isn’t dependent on latency based lag, it’s the lag you see in the game that happens when you get a power up or take damage
