Analogue Players In A Digital World is the follow-up to the classic album Today Is Tomorrow (2007). After the release of this double-album, containing massive hits like FTS, Colour Of The Harder Styles and Shout Out, their popularity got bigger than life. They received many awards in 2008, and have been honored three more times with awards in 2009. Also, Showtek was the first hardstyle act in history to do an Essential Mix for the worldwide acclaimed BBC1 Radio with Millions of listeners. The album will be released simultaneously with the event that puts all eyes on their second major project.
Showtek is in 2009 worldwide considered the #1 Hard Dance act. The list of countries where these two youngster attended to play in the last couple of months is absurd; Australia, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Scotland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Russia, USA, Spain, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, England, Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Wales.
Only in the months July & August they almost spend an astonishing 150 hours on a airplane to do an amazing 30 shows across the world, thats more then six whole days?!

Listen showtek I do not care about your transition to house, you can do what ever you damn please but don't fully abandon hardstyle. Remember where your initial fans came from! At least that's when I became a fan when I first heard we live for the music and many more!

even though showtek has abandoned hardstyle that doesn't change the fact they still kickass. As an artist you must learn to evolve and try new sounds or stagnate, their is nothing worse to an artist than a world that has turned grey.

Kids these days don't know what real hardstyle was like... I walked uphill both ways to a warehouse party with a word of mouth / pamphlet and an obscure payphone number and we LIKED IT!

Still to this day, I am completely blown away by their music, and what they do. So happy to have met these guys live, and watch them do what they do, first-hand. Hardstyle, always and forever.

if you listen to their new stuff it's actually not that different to their hardstyle tracks, all they've done is moved to a slower bpm, changed synths and kicks but can still clearly hear the same influence that they used in hardstyle
