What a shame that they decided not to give it an exhaust tip, but anyway, still better than what Merc is doing to their cars, a complete fake one lol.
Два года назад продал 540i G30, белую на белом салоне, с выхлопной системой mperfomance и карбоновым обвесом и вот смотрю я на новую 5 и мне не нравится что они сделали. G30 540i машина с характером и для любителей стильных мужских машин, а новая серия 2024 как для бабушки 80 лет ездить на выставку кошек. Bmw остановись, оглянись назад, вспомни кто ты, выгани этих дизайнеров которые сделали это.
Скоро разницей между bmw, kia, hunday, toyota будет только эмблема марки на капоте.
В России много любителей bmw, но последнее время новый дизайн расстраивает фанатов этой марки, сложилось впечатление что bmw плавно меняет мужской стиль на безполый, без акцентов чтобы машина универсальная, потребительски удобная стала для всех и каждого.
P.s. хотя перед машины выглядит хорошо.

So many different light designs! Back in the days you could spot a BM a mile away just from the lights!
No exhaust tips seems like a cost-cutting measure. Really odd, especially when there appear to be cutouts for them. Probably saving them for the LCI.

Or could be the intent to have only the M5 show its tips as was the case with the E39. Other cost cutting: no under hood insulation pad, no front seat back pockets, and some cheap hard plastic around the window switches on the door cards. G30 did better in all these areas.😫
It looks like old Camry from rear , my lease on my '21 540 i is up in couple weeks . I don't like exterior design on this new gen 5 series. I'm getting new E class instead.
Can you shoot it indoors in studio lighting if possible?
Growing up in the 70s and 80s if you opened a hood and heard those noises coming from a engine it would be time for the junk yard😂😂

Quick question does not the back seat/doors have no ambient lighting?? Or I’m I tripping lol this is crazy if only the front has ambient lighting and the back is left stranded this is ridiculous if it’s true 😂🤦♂️🤦♂️
I test drove 540. Read doors do not offer ambient lighting. Only front and even at the front it is not across entire panel. A strip is covering around 25% of front doors.
Give us back M Performance Exhaust 😅

No visible exhaust? BMW hasn't done that since the e39 on the 5 series at least
This is not true, in the E60, F10 and G30 the exhaust was visible
@@drbuzz4740 yeah I know that but on the e39 base models (non m sport) the exhaust were always hidden
In sports mode does engine turn off it self when fully stopping
The engine will always stay running when is sport mode.

How did this car ever hit production ? I feel disgusted by this car's design I used to be a beemer fan but seeing which way they design is going I hate them now
No exhaust pipes even on 540 wth. Rear is plain ugly with those taillights and lack of pipes.

I own a BMW and I love it but this one is ugly one I ever seen. The head lights and tail lights plus the side body is super ugly. Worst design ever
I know right. The new grille is so ugly, the taillights look like they belong on a camry, and the entire body of the car in general looks a lot less sporty than it used to look
