I'm so envious of you guys! Closing my eyes and imagining the beautiful green fields.. I open them and am shocked into reality of the dry, unforgiving reality of the desert in which I live!😀 Ha, beatific, I love it the 16 is always my favorite as I was stationed with security for security of these baby's and their weapon systems! Thank you!
These 50MM are awesome flyers!! Not only beautiful schemes, but built in gyro make these jets just super to fly and easy on the budget. Great job Stuart and HOBBYKING 👊🏼👊🏼
personally I want it in a neutral standard F16 grey “camo” so I can easily add local livery flags and numbering. same issue with the eachine with the weird blue scheme.
Sweet flyers here!! Like lazers in the air and locked in! And at a affordable price point!! Another great product from HKing..Pay attention it's getting better and better and better 👏😃
Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing an inflation that we have not experienced for a long time. In my opinion, the freight prices are also (unjustifiably?) high for all applicants. That's why I really enjoy my Laeser cutter. But joking aside, these two models are currently available in Europe as a kit for less than 80 euros, i.e. expanded for around 105 to 120 euros. Love for HK is a bit strained at a good 188 euros. I personally wouldn't spend any money on it either way as I prefer to use the money to buy building materials now, but I think people need to save at the moment and will prefer to buy cheaper. In the relevant flight tests, the F18 was rated slightly better than the F16 by these models - a 2200 mAh battery fits very tightly in the F18 without becoming too top-heavy according to one test.
@@HobbyKingOfficial better than nothing. Legally it has to be used for all shipments here now, which I guess is why i when I try to buy from global it ads from Europe warehouse anyway.
Awesome looking planes Stuart. It is a shame that there is no more Hobby King here in Australia. Would love to have had the Hornet in my collection, repainted of course. Great flying as always, enjoy the cracking hi temp record summer that you guys are having and stay safe.
HK dead in the water in Australia. Cheapest shipping AUD$73.01 plus AUD264.44 for this model. It's only a 50mm EDF foamie without undercarriage so forget it. Shipping on everything from Hong Kong warehouse (no Australian warehouse anymore) is way too expensive to even waste time looking at what HK have not to mention we can't even buy Lipo's from HK anymore
Totally agree, used to buy most of my planes and rc accessories/batteries from HK in UK but now don't consider that they have anything to offer me. Recently heard of someone who bought a plane for about £150 but by time shipping was added and customs had their cut it was about £300 total. Much better planes available for that money from closer to home.
I just noticed that hobbyking have a new shipping option from Hong Kong warehouse. Its available on this model and all the others I have checked. About a third of what they have been previously charging. Worth a look. Its called hk post speedpost service . For example the cost of shipping for the reno racer corsair is now 45 pounds for 3 to 10 day delivery. Andy in uk.
@@neilgillies6943 sorry, I'm not saying it's a real bargain, I'm just letting people know it's a third of what it was. Also you have to factor in the fact the cost of the plane is 15 percent cheaper in the Hong Kong warehouse than the european warehouse. I'm not working for hobbyking.
@@jameswarner5428 I changed the rx to spektrum 4 ch, I think the ref no is 410, but as I have a DX7S tx the giro is on the intermediate setting all the time.
These are a good a start as any. Affordable, durable, stable, good looking and easy to fly/launch. Nice low investment point to tip your toe and see if EDF's do it for you.
These look very identical to the jets I have . I have 2 F-16s and 2 F-18s with the F-18's being much better. I fly mine on a 4s 2200mah and get about 5 mins of flight and it flies like it's on rails. These have a much better paint scheme of course but I'm sure you can sneak a 4s 2200mah in these as well since they are nearly 100% identical 😎🤙

the lw pla will cost just as much and won’t handle the landings the same way this will and will still be heavier though. you’ll also be able to order two of these before it’s done printing, and you’ll still have to buy all the electronics in addition to the expensive filament.

Does HK now apply VOEC EU/EAC VAT and duties when ordering like you should, or will we get charged extra for this by the carrier as they arrive ?
