Happy birthday brother! Always great to see the update on your Aqua Terra. This is also my favorite watch in my collection and was a milestone purchase as well. The silver dial just pops for me. Still on the hunt for OEM rubber strap so I can give it more a wrist time.
You don’t have to send a watch out to get service for a time adjustment. Most local watchmakers will do a time adjustment for $50. You can also get it serviced locally for cheaper and faster than sending it off….
Yeah that's true, but I really don't have too much of a concern with how it's currently running! If it gets to that point I'll have my local watchmaker have a look at it
Yessir Lamy 2000! I only have like 3 fountain pens at the moment. I don't know if I'll make a video on them. The L2K and a Parker Jotter are my go-to combo to cover anything I may need!
I have the previous model, the same as the Skyfall but without the cage around the date. I didn't quite understand why the Skyfall had the satin bracelet and mine had the polished central links, given that they are practically the same watch. It just seemed like a commercial choice on Omega's part, and since I don't like shiny central links I brushed it. I had it done by a trusted watchmaker and it came out perfect. I prefer it that way, but I feel like on a white dial they look better and less out of place.
I've thought about getting that done to it! I may down the road, but for now I'm still enjoying this look. I'll definitely post an update if I ever do go for the full brushed look
Hi! Nice video. I'm strongly considering this very reference as my next purchase. I'm a bit intimidated by the fact that the rubber strap doesn't seem to make a lot of people happy for wearability (big holes, too tight or too loose fit). What would you say about that? And does it look good with the other straps on, or eventually you fall back to the stock rubber strap? Cheers
The in between sizing on the rubber strap is definitely a thing. I actually wear mine on the tighter side. I always go back to it due to comfort, but I do love the way other straps look on it too!
@@nshdwatches9352 thanks! I love how it looks on the rubber strap, but given thatI think it may be wise to go bracelet and then post market straps (sailcloth for instance).

Best of luck on your hunt for the OEM strap! I hope you're able to come across it at a nice deal soon!
Also thank you for the birthday wishes!
OEM straps are a rip off. You can find straps that are just as good for penis on the dollar. I buy them on eBay all the time. I’m hard on my straps.
Thanks for sharing. Love seeing real watch reviews and follow ups, not that sponsored garbage and people just trying to make a buck.
Btw, great watch!
I'm glad you enjoyed it, thank you very much!

Hey phenomenal Watch 👌🏽 love Omegas, btw what’s that pen in the background? Lamy 2000 black? Any collection on pens for a vid?

Very nice🙌🏻 I did try a springbar forzep tool, but it did not work for me. I just practiced with the normal springbar tool
I had to be very patient to get the hang of it tbh. Sometimes I would go back to the normal springbar tool. Even now lol

Been wanting this model secondhand! Did you buy it new?
You can probably find great deals secondhand!
I bought mine new from their boutique in Nashville

I have yet to get a nice sailcloth for mine, but it is at the top of my list!
@@nshdwatches9352 thanks again for the reply! You're a very nice and available reviewer!
@Collector-k6y happy to! Thank you for taking the time to comment 🙂
