Stepping out of my comfort zone where my old life feels like a door is slamming closed for me has been both challenging and sad. But my new life begins soon so listening to Traveling to the Dimension of Peace helped me immensely! Forever goodbyes are painful but I'm looking forward to my next adventure. I struggled to stay with you as we floated free but you kept at it and brought me back every time. Thank you... I am ready.

This is a beautiful meditation 🧘♀️ absolutely takes me to the galaxy 🌌 and also so many codes come through. But after I sleep I get up In the middle of the night fearful and screaming. It’s happened to me twice please any one has suggestions.

I can't take this any longer.. I want to escape why is it every time I get bouts of positivity something bad happens?... Please god, gods goddesses, buddha please help my mind is falling apart.
My life has always been that way. I have recently come to realize that I have been sabotaging myself. I also realized that I have no self-esteem, which creates the sabotage. I don't know if that is the same for you, but I imagine it is. Try listening to meditations for positive internal dialogue. Hope that helps.
