Written by Jules Shear, Whispering Your Name was originally released by Ignatius Jones in 1983 (and it's a cracker of a song & video). Jules soon after released his own version, but it is Alison Moyet's stunning vocal delivery that took this song to dizzying new heights in 1994. Check out her live vocal performace on Top of the Pops - a real treat.
