I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this talk Acharya. I am deeply moved by your love, kindness and boundless commitment. It took some time for me with meditation. Now I see it. TWIM has helped me see the simplicity of the practice. Things are just perfect the way they are. I can be mindful all day. In my waking hours and sometimes even when I am seemingly asleep, I am aware. It will be wonderful if this was practiced in schools, workplaces, everywhere. For anyone who's interested in this practice I can say it helped greatly when I did a TWIM retreat. It sets the foundation to do the work. The why, how and now what aspects of life are no longer burdensome. They are actually a lot of fun because there is no examiner or any test to be given. It's like watching one long grand show play out. Those of you who visit this page, I encourage you to participate and see for yourself. It's fun, cultivating the discipline supported by nurturing the intention to sit with joy and curiosity.
These are very good and much appreciated. Thank you. One small piece of feedback: please normalize audio. I think this should be standard on any video editing software.
Can anyone who knows the TWIM practice also do this meditation on the 5 aggregates or is it only for people who have already destroyed some of the fetters?
Anyone can do this. As you see the aggregates you will see how craving disturbs your mind and its the aggregates being infected by craving that is the real problem.
So I am following this guided and I feel someone tapping me on my leg. I open my eyes look down and theres a small bird sitting in my lap. lmfao I felt like Jim Carrey In Ave Ventura. But anyways this would be an awesome guided if the advertisements didn't ruin it.
We are sorry about the Ads. RUclips puts them on regardless of whether you monetize. We complained about it but nothing from it. It is also available on Insight Timer and all podcasts and should not have any ads. Its a wonderful meditation - and good story about the bird!
@@davidjohnson8218 I found that the constant need to make oneself aware of the 6R more disturbing than the usual disturbances of the mind. It created a “second” mind that measured the first. Just did not get me to where I am usually able to get.
@@davidjohnson8218 Sorry for the late response. The constant reminder of the Rs, and having to “reach” for them, disturbs me and actually causes me to fall into greater distraction in anticipation of remembering them. I function much better using more traditional methods.
@@wordscapes5690 Perhaps but keep in mind the other methods do NOT go to the same place that Delson is talking about. 6Rs are like riding a bike. You are pushing a little too hard on the R' The whole process in the beginning should be give 2-3 secs. Just 1. notice you have wandered. 2.stop right there and just relax and accept where you are for a moment and enjoy the moment. 3. Smile and return to the feeling of lovingkindness. Perhaps this helps.
@@davidjohnson8218 Yes, I m Taiwanese. We already have a very strong meditation culture here with truly enormous catalogue of traditional techniques. Perhaps this is something that works well in the west. For me, not so much. But as I say, I am very happy it works in your neck of the woods.
Come back to this meditation again and again. Marvelous! Much gratitude!

Iam following TWIM for 3 years. Its just amazing
This is very carefully phenomenologically planned, very carefully - to beat all the maras and to get to timeless! 🎉🎉❤
I highly recommend this.
Great meditation. Thanks a lot Delson!
Great experience

@@darmstrong693Okay appreciate the response. That sucks hopefully RUclips fixes it.
@@Darksagan heh- its not an error - its there policy to monetize for them! Even if you don't want to!
TWIM does not work for me. It made my meditation worse. But I am glad it works for some.
Tell us why it didn't work for you.
