Upon attainment you enter into ceesation of conciousness and when ask do you know,the answer is i do not know. And supposing if ask on the second time do you know the one who experience ceesations will answer I know. In this way to recognise a person who has experience attainment can be known by these 2 Questions.

After you have experience ceesations of conciousness and when you reawaken you will be immense in very strong happiness

Sbd you have entered the Streams either a Sotapanna, sakadagami, anagami. Lastly in your journey of attainment you will need to experience total 4 time conciousness ceesations. The 4th is the last time ARAHAT.

The key is to develop your equanimity.

Gratitude is a powerful mind state and a great meditation object.

I'm a pretty serious TWIM practitioner, and this style of presentation is not working for me. We don't need another RUclips yogi saying things that sound profound. We just need to focus on how to practice well. No background music needed, nothing flashy, just how to practice. Just honest feedback with metta.
