Are you a righty working on hitting a lefty forehand? If so I highly recommend it. I'm a lefty with a righty forehand ... and it's great for dinking, 3rd shot drives, and even serves.

Best tip from another channel who features his sisters, is that you have to make the decision to get to the net 3rd shot when the ball comes off your paddle. All this other stuff makes no difference if you waiting😊

If your experienced… to defeat the shake and bake… block the shot to his forehand if he’s righty or backhand if hes lefty. Their movement forward usually causes an errant shot.
