I like roasted nut cookies! With hazlenuts, almonds and chocolate chip, half blonde half unrefined cane sugar. 🌰 They're best when they're a little more cooked than the usual chocolate chip, since the nuts caramelize better. 🍪❤️ Love your channel. Now I am enjoying Iced oat latte at home using Australian oat milk, the price is cheaper than Swedish oat milk 😊 ( Actualy Oat Latte is not so available at many cafe here ...)
I’m so glad to hear that! We only have few kind of oat milk in Korea. Some of them are even made from lactose-free milk (just adding some oat) which have nothing to do with the plant milk! Anyway I’m happy that you enjoyed oat latte 🥰

I've been seeing that in a number of Korean videos that cafes are doing double cups, I guess cos of condensation but my heart bleeds for double the disposable cups..
Yeah, good question. just for my excuse, we use only eco-friendly cups which can be dismantled causing less environmental problem. But still every disposable packages would be wasted as far as people use them. (You may know even coated paper will be wasted) Unfortunatley, I rarely get customers who don’t need holders or use their own reusable-cups and some of them even get angry for the fact I don’t offer any extra disposable packages. So it still remains being concerns to me being as a cafe owner. I just hope people don’t want any more disposable packages.

샤워도우 샌드위치는 지금까지 먹은 샌드위치중 최고였어요. 제가 좋아하는 루꼴라도 듬뿍 넣어주시고
치아바타 샌드위치는 집에와서 딸이랑 먹어는데 사춘기딸도 엄지척하며 너무 맛있다네요 바질페스토의 향이 어마어마 하더라구요. 신선한 채소도 듬뿍
스콘은 매장에서 먹다가 딸이 생각나서 한개 더 사왔네요.

Wrapping it first and cut in a half, then the cutting plane is supposed to be exposed. So we wrap it once more to people carry it in their own bags.
