Here’s an argument I thought of:
-P1: Ultimate authorities In Epistemology authenticate themselves.
-P2: The Triune God is the ultimate authority.
-P3: The Scriptures are the special revelation of God, therefore they themselves are ultimate.
-P4: Man’s reasoning is not ultimate because he/she is not God.
-P5: Any argument against Sola Scriptura must come from God himself, otherwise they originate from Man.
-Conclusion: Any argument from Man against Sola Scriptura is not ultimate, therefore affirming the Doctrine of Sola Scriptura.

Sola Scriptura= the Scriptures alone are the inspired-inerrant Word of God. Therefore they are the ultimate authority for the Christian. There is no equal nor greater authority than the Scriptures.

Are the Scriptures the sole, infallible rule of faith and practice for God's people? The obvious answer is yes, but another answer could be... WHAT ELSE?

Seems weird for a Catholic to use presuppositional arguments considering the papacy, from my understanding, made Aquinas’ philosophy the philosophy of Catholicism… which is foundationalism and natural theology based. Weird

Why did it take the Holy Spirit 1500+ years to led a Christian to this “foundational” doctrine? Seems weird.

Unfortunate that the first Christians couldn't do this amazing argument for over 400 years before the canon was formed at the councils of Carthage and Rome.

LOL I agree that apologetics needed reforming cos it was pitiful.
Why did you lot do such a pathetic job of reforming it?
