So pleased I've seen this video....have been looking around for quick easy lemon chicken marinades, and a lot of the recipes seem so long winded, and then I found this one!. Also I love your style at just creating easy quick and simple recipes!
I love oregano on the chicken I first started using it after watching a video with the bodybuilder Fouad Abiad, I skip the salt because I have high blood pressure, and the only other diff I've never tried freezing and I pound mine in the bag to tenderize before adding the marinade. I use breasts and sometimes thighs both boneless and skinless then grill.
So you can take frozen marinade chicken and just cook without thawing it out? I always thought that was not healthy so I always thaw night before then prep like them like an hr before I cook
Is it okay to marinate chicken in lemon overnight in the fridge or will it be too much? Asking because I marinated chicken now which is midnight and there is no way I cook it before noon tomorrow 😩😑
