your new couch looks beautiful congrats 😊... congrats to Emma finally moving out 😊... here's a good tip for Emma to save on electric bill in plug everything not in use turn off lights when not in a room if she decides to have wifi un plug it when go to bed at night also keep heat in winter low to like 70 don't raise it no higher when it's nice out lower the heat if not turn it off helps save on electric bill beware use the stove runs up electric bill use microwave when don't use microwave un plug it when don't use charger charge phone un plug it save money 😉... also Emma should beware to if she chooses renew lease next year I bet her rent go up with everything else needs think about 😉... looks like you guys have had lots of fun congrats 😊...

Mucinex and my electric blanket were my best friends. I'm so glad you're feeling some better. I'm so excited for Emma. I know she is loving her apartment. I know you are missing her. When my daughter moved out, I missed her like crazy, I still do, especially after she moved out with my grandbabies. I miss my grandbabies so dang bad! We video chat every single day. The old couch can be cleaned very easily! You can unzip all the cushion covers! And green machine all the other parts! I def would at least sell it for 200 after cleaning it!
