5:00 completely relate to this whole situation. my mom was always blamed by others for me not wanting to see my biological father as i got older, meanwhile we mature, we grow and we can understand who we want in our life, simple.
We have a every similar story with our biological father. It’s definitely hard. Even many years after, when you think you’ve moved on but it’s always in the back of your mind.

where i live, it's normal to start drinking at 13 years old. parents know about their early teens drinking and will buy the alcohol, of corse they don't buy the amount to get you drunk but with everyone having their alcohol, it will. im from quebec in Canada and it was in a smaller town but even in bigger towns big parties would happen so it's pretty much a Quebec thing. got black out drunk mutiple times because i didn't know what my limits were but know i'm 19 and barely drink because i know that i don't need that to have fun. i'm pretty shy in general, so a couple drinks help me be a bit comfortable with other people in parties.

I can totally relate my dad lives 15 mins from me I Haven't seen him in 20yrs or so my mom left when I was 2 in half and he got a new family with my 2 half brothers he never wanted to be in my life 🤷 so thats that its okay moms are the best anyways and your lucky you have step dad and sister to hangout with I've always just had mom and dog. 😕 but it's okay I am trying my best and loving my authentic self.
