  • The 80s and 90s bred some of the most amazing supercars. If you’re a car enthusiast, the Ferrari F40, Lamborghini Countach, and Lamborghini Diablo sound familiar and probably trigger some daydreams. But what about the 90s supercars nobody talks about? In this video, we’ll look at 3 weird supercars you probably have never heard of. Some of them were featured in Gran Turismo and Top Gear, and some have a top speed over 200 mph. Belonging at events like the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Vector W8, Cizeta-Moroder V16T, and the Venturi 400 GT/Trophy are truly rare supercars that deserve to have their stories told.

Giorgio Moroder is the guy that speaks in the meme template "My name is Giovanni Giorgio..."
Not only he produced multiple music masterpieces and he influenced Disco but he was also involved in the making of a beautiful car and a widespread meme.
And he is still active at the time of writing this (2023) at 83 years old. What an absolute CHAD.

The Vector was hardly unknown. When Car & Driver did an issue about supercars in the early 1990s that cost over $200K, they probably were hoping fans didn't notice the Vector's absence. Nope. Fans angrily flooded their mailbox, demanding to know why their favorite was excluded. I give C&D credit for having the guts to print so many of the embarrassing letters in their magazine. It was all the same: "HOW can you talk about super cars and leave out the Vector!?"

@@Speedy.wheels I think that's something that everyone has trouble with whether they show it or not. I would say just practice by yourself and don't overthink it. Try to sound as excited as you can about what you're talking about; that can make you sound more confident. You can record yourself saying the same things multiple times and choose the best recording. Also write out a script of what you want to say ahead of time so you aren't struggling to find words.

@The Motorsport Story thing is. I thought the standard def versions of some cars in gt5 and stuff didn't look half bad and just missed the nice interior view. Mostly because of the sharp angles these cars have in styling and body shape. It's kinda nice tbh. I was kinda sad they didn't do the samething in the new GT and just slowly replaced them over time.
