affordable 750,000 ROFL. Been living in east county almost 40 years, those little houses ain't worth that. Don't forget to tell the rubes about the cracked slabs and the Massive number of crazy trumpers.

There are deff homes that need love and there are some great homes in Santee too! (Pretty much a true statement for most areas)
With that said- I just sold an amazing turn-key home that already had a reinforced foundation - $730k - half glass full vibes ✌️
