@SmvR is the ares gauntlet only for stats? As u did not spartan rage at any point in the fight. If yes can any other hand armor be used ? I tried using the berserker gauntlet but i am not getting as much relic CD activations..
May I suggest using the dragon belt instead, it increases all shield damage, not just when enemy is poisoned and the buff is 25% instead of lundas 20, given 3 of the 4 melee strikes are also shield strikes and how you use the shield bash A LOT this would probably be better.

I don’t wanna be a hater but these videos are hard to believe man. The shatter star doesn’t absorb those red ring attacks. I’ve lost to Gna at least a 100 times and this point and I always get killed by an unblockable attack with no tell.

Timing is very precise and depends on the boss so i guess practice it on thor fight more and range red attacks cannot be blocked

So if you timed right even without a charge on this shield you can double tap L1 to shield punch and block red attack 01:27 cool, didn't know that.
