I get PTSD from playing against Techies. Even in games without a Techies, I still act have this nagging-- nay, overwhelming feeling that I am about to step on some landmines.

The trick to techies is to know them. Play them. Read their strategy guides. Live them. Breathe them. Then use your knowledge against them. If you understand them, they are a fun, unique hero with a special set of strengths and weaknesses. If you don't, you are Enigma.

Easy fix, just go lane enigma. 3 stuns and pure hp removal if breaker goes for you under tower. If needed eidolons can be used to rapidly deny your own lane. They spend so much thought counter picking the jungle enigma it wastes all their time.
