Hello Ive been inspired to become a nomad and its been 3 years now since saving this video and watching you and you wife blog. im currently am not living the dream rn but ive come out of being where i was 3 years ago. now its time i really start learning the road map because a map is what i need rn. so in that time i know now about time, investment, learn from people who already been down that road and get a map to what is it that i am inspired to do. so now i believe i have a more open mind and more knowledge to go foward.
Nice video Mitch. Some other high paying jobs include sales, marketing directors, IT, financial planning, etc. It seems like most people are better off working a ft or pt job and/or freelancing a skill first.
Thanks Dalton! Yeah there are so many options out there. I love the idea of starting with remote work and transitioning to more flexible ideas from there. That said, the downside is you might be limited to certain time zones.
Thank you for the video. We are trying to make a go of full time travel from our YT travel channel. So far so good but always looking for new ideas to keep us living our dreams. Appreciate your insight!
I am thinking of coming to Colombia financing myself the freelance web dev route. A degree is not needed for this stuff. You could still learn it by yourself if you wanted to. There are a lot of self taught web devs out there…
Yup you’re totally right. You can basically learn anything online for free these days if you have the self-discipline and are willing to piece things together. They are also several popular “boot camps” that teach how to code. I don’t have any experience with them though. So I can’t speak to the quality.
Tysm for this content! Would you be willing to share an example of copywriting? Different styles of writing? I’m in the planning phase of starting van life and really need to start remote working now before I can go forward w the plans.
You bet! So copywriting comes in many forms. One common type is email copywriting. To good examples would be Ben Settle and Daniel Throssell. If you join their email lists, you’ll see what I’m talking about :-) But those are obvious two very unique voices. But depending on who you’re writing for, it’s not always that “in your face”
@@ProjectUntethered yes I concur - firm believer that perspective can claim success; however some are just victims of circumstances and once that hole is dug it's really difficult to keep your head above water. Majority of folks have lost hope, have set their purpose on the back burner while burrying themselves alive. Also I've already been contacted by 4 scammers in the past 5 days.
@@LOTStreets Yeah, you are very right. Sometimes circumstances make things extremely difficult. And I've been blessed enough to not have had to dig myself out of a hole. That said, I also know very successful people who started with nothing (LESS than nothing, really) and with hustle, a dream, and a refusal to give up or listen to naysayers, they pulled themselves to the top. Yeah, you have to be careful with those scammers. All the ads I see when I watch this video seem super scammy haha.
What's the coolest travel job you've heard of? Let me know in the comments!
Was a project manager and running a team of sales trainers

That’s a great quote!! 💪
