Turkey tails are not a eating mushroom. They are medicinal like Ace said. Used in tea, etc. Mushroom foraging is alot of fun, and taste great. You definitely want to be 100% on identifying though. Glad to see the crew all together again!

Next time you mushroom get a reference book called, all that the rain promises. Great book for the back pocket, for shrooming. Also we don't typically clean our shrooms with water, we use a small paint brush. Keep the videos coming guys, you are a great show. Oh yea cook the heck out of most mushrooms or stomach ache can be next.
