The tiny found sculpture delighted me. Many potters, myself included, often make tiny token pieces which are left in finding places to delight the hearts of others. There is nothing quite as heart lifting as finding an unexpected treasure. It makes the finder feel lucky.

How beautiful would it be to make a silver twisted wire tree that grows around a crystal cluster, with some of your beach glass as leaves....I can see it my mind better than describing it. Lovely video ladies.
In future take wooden chopsticks with you to extract the crystals. They help you dig around the crystals without damaging them or breaking them. Use metal sparingly. Good hunting!
Gail says "we won't be digging just picking up on the top". Alex starts digging into the side with a pickax!🤣😂🤣😂. I go to the Nevada desert to get my crystals from the mining tailings. Those amethyst crystals are a great color . Take the flakes and set them in resin too for necklaces. Bravo ladies. Thanks for the fantastic pictures too. Blessings

I live on the other side of the sea in Ireland but after watching you find crystals, fossils and other goodies I think I might have to visit some of the locations. Your videos are so inspiring and the landscapes are beautiful!! So is Ireland but it's still different and being a Dutch person any cliff or hill or mountain is magical in my eyes!!

Maybe that stone is an offering for the spirits that’s been watching the crystals. It is token of respect and appreciation to them. It’s fair enough that you leave something behind to replace it. Next time when you encounter the same scenario, ask for permission to take something. There are spirits all over that place and they deserve to be acknowledged.
We agree. We now believe it may have been left as an offering/ thank you in return for the crystals. In hindsight, it probably would have been best to leave it be as we don't know exactly why it it was left there. We will be returning it when we re-visit in the Springtime, along with something of our own 🥰

this area is on my doorstep amazing little area and another 3 pockets within 10 minute drive . Well done and hope you enjoyed our area. the area was exposed by Forestry work being carries out which has led to an increase in people looking in the area which is unfortunate as not every one only surface hunts.

When my husband and I were rv'ing around the country (USA), I used to paint rocks and leave them in the parks where we stayed.
