i went to foraging school

it is just so magical that there are little snacks that just grow all around us wildly, abundantly, and all for free! greens, mushrooms, fruits, roots, animals, the list goes on. we are all part of a beautiful exchange of energy that entails both birth and death with every bite that we eat.
i have always wanted to learn how to tap into the world of foraging. so when i saw that robin greenfield (an environmental activist who i have been deeply inspired by) was hosting a foraging school in maryland, i had to go… and so i went.
