Want to thank you since I lost my husband almost one year ago I was in a very bad de[pression and i start watching you my mother in law said she need something for her swollen legs you g made it look so easy so wish me luck thank you Misty a Lee
Great Idea...I installed Zippers using my glue gun so the Pouf covering can be Washed and Dried or pillows can be replaced once they flatten from usage
THANK YOU! I can easily get some pillows from goodwill and make this myself for SO much cheaper than EVERYONE sells it for. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YIU!
the fake seam is really smart. I will sew tho to make sure they stay together good. I got a toddler :P. And I like the idea of just putting old pillows in. Thank you. very practical and REAL! love it!
Wow, I had this idea in my head, that I wanted to use the many pillows I have collected over the years and don't use any longer. So, I decided to check RUclips and "surprise" someone else had the same idea. I love that your DIY doesn't use a sewing machine and the rugs are a fantastic idea! REALLY Great!
Love love love I'm have been looking into puff foot rest n u show up with the one I actually want ❤ n to know I have the same rugs in my linen closet 😂 I'm thankful for u tyfs😊
Great . I want to make it now But its 1am Guess ill have 2 wait till morning . Dont want to wake my prince..♥︎♥︎ Can 't wait soooo excited There beautiful Thanks 4 sharing
These are holding up amazing since I used surebonder tough glue sticks. If you watched the video, I showed that I applied 2 different glue sticks and 2 different layers of glue. My son literally uses these as a trampoline and they still look good as new...no holes or anything 7 months later!
I have a video that I never shared... but you basically cut one rug in half and put the cut edge wrong sides together with a matching rug and glue the ends. You leave an opening in the back like an envelope pillow
What glue and glue gun are you using?? I used surebonder clear glue sticks with the mini glue gun and I did a second adhesive on top of the clear glue stick with the Surebonder tough stik glue sticks and full size dual temp glue gun. All of these items are linked in the video description 👇 No problems over here!! I could jump on them and they are not coming apart! 😁
I only used the glue gun and glue as mentioned and they are still going strong after a year. My kids jump on them and no issues whatsoever. **You clean them the same way you'd clean other large furniture**
It's a terracotta pot that I painted white and then it was outside for a year and turned that way on its own. I'm sure you could paint something similar 😉
The glue gun is a bad idea. It will not withstand heavy weight, and, you cannot wash them. These would only be for looks. You can't really use them. They'll fall apart.

what a brilliant idea. and it’s amazing how tight and clean they look… not disheveled or lumpy at all
@@AwestaKhalid thank you so much 💓
This is ADORABLE. I used a big men's sweater from the thrift store and tied around the sleeves. Thank you so much!

🥰🤩
Lol
Amazing!
Awesome! I’ve always wanted a pouf but they are so pricey for a hard surface lol in my opinion. This is so fabulous I must try it!
Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you
Yw!
Really nice,,, difficult to trust just hot glue to hold fabric ,,, as it never does with pressure !

@@SimpleMadePretty Would fabric glue work just as well?
@@indiaharden6117 I recommend the surebondrr tough hot glue sticks for best durability
OMGsh!! Thanks so much!! Extraordinary!
❤️❤️❤️
Awesome job! I would love to make the smaller pillow that you added to your couch. Do you have instructions for that as well?
Wow ! These pouffs are super cute !love them !
Brilliant! I'm very crafty...but this would have taken me awhile to imagine this. Luv it.
How awesome is this!!
So nice! You are very crafty! I especially love the pillows you made from rugs!!
Thank you!
Omg! I wish I saw this before I got rid of my old blankets 🤦🏽♀️
That happens to me all the time! Think of a diy AFTER getting rid of something 😑
Looks really nice !
You are so clever, love love love this .. can’t wait to make one or two or three 😃
Brilliant.

Great idea!! I cleaned out closets and was ABOUT to throw away a bunch of stuff 😱
Perfect for my classroom. Thank you.
What a great DIY! I can’t wait to make this today. Thanks so much💕
I love this project! Smh so many bedsheets that I have donated lately
Ak! I use old bed sheets for painter's drop cloths, or cut them up to use as rags 😉
That was great really! Great job! It helped me out thanks💛
Thank you and you're welcome 😊
So so cute. Im excited to try these out. I love that your tutorials are easy to follow too!
Yay! Thank you 😁
What size rugs r these please
Love this! What size rugs are these? And where did you find them for only $3?? 🤯
The fake seam is genius!!
Do you have a video on how to make the pillow? Loved the tutorial and it was super easy!!! Thank you for sharing

😍😍 love it
This is brilliant! You are so crafty! Can't wait to try it! Thanks!
Forgive me if you've given the dimensions, but what sizes are you working with? Thank you.
I’m sorry what did you use for fabric? How many yards did u need?
Just WOW 😎💯
I will be doing that!!!!!! Thanks for the video!!!!!!!
You're welcome!
Could you possibly put a milk crate in the middle to make it more rigid?
Amazing idea... going to give it a try !!
Just made one following your tutorial, I love it! Thanks!
Yay! Thanks for letting me know. Mine are still holding up great 👍
Does 3 rugs and 8 pillows make 1 pouf?
This was fantastic!
Awesome!
love it!!!!
Can you please explain how you made the pillow?!! I followed your directions for the pouf and it came out beautifully!
That's so awesome to hear! I hope to have the pillow video up soon
YOU MADE THIS SO EASY GIONG TO TRY THIS WISH ME LUCK
What size were the rugs...thanks.
That was awesome 👌 idea
Thank you so much ❤️
Do the glued seams actually hold up? Won't the glued seams come apart from someone sitting on the pouf?
Mine held up for years! My kids jump on them and everything. The Surebonder Tough Stik hot glue sticks are amazing!
Where do you recommend looking for cheap rugs for this project?
Five below
@@SimpleMadePretty Ok Thanks!!!
Thank you for this
Does the glue really hold the material together?
I am a bit skeptical because when I try it with other things, the glue don’t hold very well.
where was the rugs from
I love it...but will the floor poufs hold up outdoors? I am thinking the glue won’t hold very long.
Mine are only used indoors and the glue has held up over a year so far. My older kids jump on them... the strong bond got glue is amazing!
Wonder if this could be DRAW STRING or something that could easily be stuffed and removed for washing?!!
Maybe!
My Five Below didn’t have those rugs. I did buy rugs that were 30x50”. Do you know approximate size your sides are so I know how to glue them? Thanks!
Can you please list the brand of those rugs and where they can be found?
They are listed in the video description... always have been. from Five below
Thank you this is amazing 🤩😃!!
YW!
These are the cutest poufs! Just subbed ya!
Thank you! 😁
Amazing! 😍
Thanks so much!
Does anyone know where she got the rugs from those are awesome! I want to try this diy!
Five below. You can order online if you don't have a store nearby
looks easy - but I would think you need more than glue gun to keep it together & then how do you keep clean
I only used the glue gun and glue as mentioned and they are still going strong after a year. My kids jump on them and no issues whatsoever. **You clean them the same way you'd clean other large furniture**
Love this, so cute. How did you paint the planter pot? Unless you bought like that. Tfs
It's a terracotta pot that I painted white and then it was outside for a year and turned that way on its own. I'm sure you could paint something similar 😉
Can you sit on these, and are they comfortable? I would like to have them around my coffee table for people to sit on and stuff :)
Yes, they are very comfortable to sit on
I want to use these for extra seating as well. Do they hold up pretty good?
@@porshaflowers9079 glue will not hold together for long..
Where did you get the rugs though?

Where did you get your scattered rugs from?

Simple Made Pretty thank you! And thank you for replying.

O wow ❤️❤️❤️
Wow 👏
But when you wash this, the glue doesn’t come off?
These are spot clean only... Too large to fit in a machine
I wonder what happened if someone sat on it? Update would be great.
So 3 rugs and about 8 pillows would make 1 pouf?
That should work...I used 2 old bath towels & 6 pillows. You can find more details in the full blog post here simplemadepretty.com/no-sew-floor-poufs/

Seeing all this stuff I wanna make that u need a glue gun for makes me think I need to invest in a glue gun
Dang, I just threw away 12 pillows.😢😢😢
😃❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Stick glue???🤦♀️🤦♀️oh dear
You've obviously never used surebonder Toughstik hot glue before. These have lasted just as long as if the were sewed
@@SimpleMadePretty does it hold up even when washed?
