I don’t know how you do it, but you always seems to get these specialty cars for reviews before anyone else! You did your homework on this car in terms of how it’s built and what went into it. I was never a big fan of Mercedes, but this car is absolutely stunning. The center screen tilting up or down is brilliant. That steering wheel is a work of art. Over $200K seems excessive, but when you go through all the high technology it makes more sense.

We just bought the new SL63 - the car is amazing. The review here is very accurate..very few things on the car that we don't like. Did tint the windows (we live in a sunny area) fairly dark, so night driving is fun....

I don't understand how it's fun going from light to light.
I hate urban traffic.
You need to take it to quiet roads to appreciate it properly.
Do anyone always drive on race mode, why not . I always do, Another question , on one review said 80km the wing goes up , but i drove it at 130km than it goes up on the wing. What about the front stabilizer at what speed does it open at the front . Can i open both front and back wing.

May wanna look up the gtr again. Car and driver got it to 60mph in 3.2 secs. This SL manages it in 3 flat using launch control. Again according to car and driver. Price wise im pretty sure theyre similar as well. It seems to me that this new SL is supposed to now fill the role of the GTR roadster, because the new AMG GTs coming out will be based on this new SL platform, but coupe models only.

I like the car. It's similar to the untrained eye to my 2013 Audi S5 cabriolet. I only have 333 HP so I can't compare to speed or new refinement, but the Audi is still fun. I paid a lot less than 200K. Oh, and for thrilling fun I get it on with my 2011 CTS-V. Thanks for the video!

I liked the in depth review but not a single word on the big Burmester sound system... i want to know if its worth the extra buck over the small burmester
I have owned many of the best cars out there, and the Burmester High End is the best. It was a $6400 option on my car, but I bought my car used, so thank you car gods!

The fact that almost every reviewer doesn’t know that you can put the top up and down without using the slider on the screen suggests to me Mercedes doesn’t give you guys proper instruction. If you press the roof icon on the control bar at the bottom of the screen, you can rapidly press it (and hold it) a second time to activate the roof.

Mine is a 2003 CLK 320 ~Cabriolet Pewter Silver with black soft-top & gray leather interior! It's in mint condition ~The wheels are Bridge Stone Touring Tires. I just love to just chill and drive easy-going while smoking my long cigars and wearing my full - diamond watch all White & diamond ring ~On my right hand black diamond ring and matching bracelet! YIN 'n YANG😂😈😋😵💫! I just love driving my Cabriolet ○Top less & Shirtless 😮😊😋

Hint: Press the Roof-Button on the Button-Bar below the screen once. Then press and hold the Roof-Button below the screen the second time. Now, wait for the magic to happens. The roof will open or close. That depends on which state the Roof is at. That is way more easy than sliding and holding the bar on the screen to the left or right.

Sounds like engine failure. Way too heavy for sports car or even GT. AMG batch renders car non classy. Where is an inline 6 SL with a high performance M256? That would have been thee epic SL successor…
