Hi. You can download them without watching the class, under the resource section of the link. You can also go to the blog regarding Spring Settings as well: pilatesology.com/2020/08/what-reformer-springs-do-i-use/ Let me know if you are not able to see it without a membership. But you are right, all links go back to our website.
No, reformer springs should not rattle, but some noise is normal. When springs are in good condition, they should operate smoothly without making any noise.
This is a hard question because I haven't used most of them and they usually depart so far from the original design it can become hard to do Pilates on them without a lot of modifications. I have a video series using this Reformer and for the price it's pretty decent! www.amazon.com/dp/B001EV6JKO?tag=dotdashvwellf-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1&ascsubtag=4163616%7Cn7cfa91785aa641e299b6a7e7622c16f018 Here's the series: pilatesology.com/programs/reformer-quick-start-8-classes/ Alisa
The link for the downloadable cheat sheet is actually for sign up classes 😮

I can’t find the ‘cheat sheet’ in the description :)
Hi can I please ask if the springs are meant to make an echoing rattling sound! I've purchased a different brand and it does that.

Hi what is the best home reformer that you would recommend ? I’d love to have a Gratz but there is no way to fit it in my house. Thank you! 🙏🏼
