Jesus was a direct decedent of king David his mother came from family of priest judges So he was well with in his authority to judge this woman.And he knew if he found her guilty he would have her stone to death The thing with this trial was it was a miss trail Under the ancient Jewish law there had to an accuse and a co-acaccuse here there was no co-acaccuse there was no two withness jesus knew it was a mis trile
