Can you do a video on how to create a brand for a software company? I havent found any contet about it yet, because it intersects with the product design of the software, but I’m curious to see how your process would be (having to think about how the brand is going to be used inside the product
Abi you have really helped me i have been so confused. But that guy talked about 4 stages and i listened to you giving out only 3. Correct me here do you have to create the mood boards before the presentation? And after the brand strategy going to design, Do the designs you create depend on what the client wants hmmm? What do you design? Logos, patterns and what? I have watched some of your videos you design logos and patterns for the packages. And does the brand strategy happen after payment because it takes a lot of effort and time I can see.
Hey! Good questions. The moodboards are included towards the end of the Brand Strategy and Creative Direction presentation. When I'm designing, the Brand Strategy guides the process, informing decisions I make so they accurately embody the brand ethos and, work towards aligning with the target market. I will of course consider client preferences but mostly, it's made for their audience. What I include all comes down to what the client requested! But for sure logo suite, brand icons and patterns, applicable mockups etc. Yes, I take a deposit payment before any work happens! Hope this helps!

Hey! It's not something I've ever done personally as all my clients have had their name established beforehand but, I'd suggest hopping on a call with them, getting to know the roots of their brand and then doing a word map with word association :)
usually not a fan of these kind of videos where its just talking and explaining but you managed to make it informative regardless and oh i love how it isnt 40 min or a hour and a half, 20-30 minutes is just enough time, very well put together :)
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I get distracted easily when watching longer videos so I wanted to make sure there was enough value in a timeframe that was easy to digest!

Watch some tutorials and then just dive straight in! You'll find that you'll learn as you go!
