LOL that tough 5 weeks stretch is NOTHING compared to that last 7 game stretch we had in 2022. The one that was so hard that no one thought we could make it through. We not only made it through but we did it without being defeated.
people don't realize how tough the bengals schedule was last year lol. they played 14 teams with a winning record in their 17 games last season. their schedule isn't easy, but it's not like they are playing a good team literally every week.
We could set a new franchise win record with a schedule like this

Love the late bye week. Love hosting Pittsburgh after a bye. I even love the pre-season sched: vs Tampa Bay, @Chicago, vs Indy. Almost no travel before hosting Washington to start the year. This schedule is Zac Taylor-made for a great start.

There were lots of mini-wins with opponents, e.g., the NFC North and Lou's defense getting their teeth into rebuilding teams. I can't wait to see the shadows cast by the OLine...the Bengals Eclipse. Great show, James, and I really enjoying reading "Enter the Jungle," which finally arrived all the way down under in Tasmania.

As a huge Bengals fan from Turkey, i was hoping for an international game but i can live without it if the schedule helps us to get to the Superbowl. I am hoping for a healty year for all our players. Go Bengals !!

I fuckin love this schedule. The first 5 games I can see us at 5-0 or 4-1. Great opening game. We should throttle the Patriots. I’m sure Trent Brown will get some satisfaction from that one too lol! Also 5 Prime
Time games and 4 games are 3:30 window. Last 2 games are TBD so they will last likely fall
On 3:30 or prime time. The only gripe I’ve got is that we play 2 Tbursday night games. This is good and bad. Bad because it 2 games with limited test Good because it’s a standalone game that everyone can and will watch and after each one we get a mini bye week. All in all I love this schedule. We FINALLY have gotten a lucky break. I think we win the Super Bowl this year.

Three of the last 5 games are on the road. Plus a Thursday night game against the Browns in week 16 and then the Steelers to close out the season. It’s a gauntlet from week 13 on,there is some tough games against Steelers twice,Cowboys,Titans,Browns and Denver. But the good news is the Bengals have their bye week during Thanksgiving week,and they stay home to face the Steelers on December 1st. They also have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off after the Thursday night game against Cleveland Dec 19th. Plus they stay home after that game to play the Broncos on December 29th. It’s a nice holiday schedule to the Bengals this year! I see a lot of wins in this schedule as well.

No I did not want an international game this year. It puts too much stress on the team jet lag lingers for days. I know I’ve flown to Europe and back. It really screws with your internal clock. At least it did with mine. I want us to win a Super Bowl first and then we can start going to Europe, Mexico, and Brazil.

Biggest thing I noticed was weeks 14-16.. 3 games in 10 days 😬 that's when injuries happen

absolutely love this schedule, been talking for months about how we finally get the last place schedule, and this year the NFL finally gave us an easy week 1 matchup. Love no international game, this is an A. Would be an A+ but we have 2 thursday games.
Too much is made of the last place sched... but Cincy went to the SB in '21 having lost 2 of those 3 teams. The next year Cincy went 2-1 vs the "first place sched" teams and didn't reach the SB (but did reach the AFC title game). And last year Cincy went 2-1 again vs the "first place sched" teams and failed to reach the playoffs. There's just no guarantee that there's any advantage or disadvantage when it comes to first or last place scheds.
@@spaceknight793 that’s ridiculous, I believe the bengals can beat any team in the league that’s not the point. The point is that over the course of a season the wear and tear of playing the best teams every week is much greater. So you would rather play the Bills and Texans than the Titans and Patriots 😭😭.
with our schedule being one of the easiest ranked schedules we still have 11 hard games this coming season, i am glad the rest of the afc north teams have harder schedules
i got a feeling squeelers,browns,chargers, might be better than last season so i hope we really did get better in the off season that's 11 tough games, and even if titans suck they got so many of our players and our old coordinator now so hopefully our newly acquired players open up the playbook so we are not so predictable like prier seasons

The national.media last year was really high on jake browning, unlike any other back up qb....it was.really odd.... They know hes qb1 and burrow with his fragility is qb2 and its just a matter of time

This is what I’m predicting will happen this year. I think Trent Brown is going to play like an All Pro pass protector like he usually does but only makes it through 12-14 games. Then Mims comes in and fuckin dominates. I think Orlando Brown will play Pro Bowl ball again this year. Ted Karras is going to be his usual solid gold above average player. Cappa too. Solid above average play. I think Volson is going to take another fairly big step. I’m expecting him to play Pro Bowl level ball too. Myles Murphy and Joseph Ossai are both going to go off. Big time. Murphy has 7 sacks and Ossai had 8. This is both as non starters. Hubbard finally gets to that 10 sack mark and Hendrickson does his usual 13-18 sacks and make an All Pro team. I think Kris Jenkins is going to jump in with both feet and become the teams best run stopping g DT. BJ Hill
Will be his usual solid self and add 5 sacks to it. McKinley Jackson is going to start out kind of rough but as the season goes on he gets stronger and better. Rankins is going to put up
7 sacks from the interior. IDK about Carter. I’m not even sure he is on the 53 man roster. He might need destined for the practice squad. I could see either Travis Bell or De Omaha Maxwell impressing in the pre season and getting a shot. Travis Bell is 6’1’ 310 and yes he is a Nose Tackle and his RAS as a NT is like over 8.50. Devonsha Maxwell k think is a future member of this team maybe not this year but next year when BJ Hill is gone. I’m really excited

Only reason I don’t want an overseas game is because of the jet lag and always worry it’s not going to be our best selves out there but other than that I’m all for football being played all over the world. The 3 world sports in my eyes that I will always watch are Football Soccer and Hockey. Well 4 because I think the oldest world game still around or one of them is Lacrosse. out of 17 games last season, the bengals played 14 games against a team with a winning record. this schedule isn't easy, but it's definitely not as tough as last season.
This is a tougher schedule than what people are thinking. I think people are getting caught up on the term "4th place schedule" and thinking that this schedule is easy.

bengals going 14-3. it's not an easy schedule, but there isn't really a multiple game stretch during the season that seems nightmarish and it's not schedule like last season where the bengals play 14 teams with a winning record.

Overstating the "last place" schedule. It's only THREE games, people. Out of 17. (NE, Ten, Car) .....
This is a very favorable schedule but we just happened to rotate into a favorable AFC division (the west, which has been KC and also-rans) and a somewhat favorable NFC division (Dal and Philly faded when it mattered last year, and NYG and Wash are again works-in-progress).
This sched is favorable because of its pacing. No long stretches home or away. Most big games are either preceded, or followed, or both, by non-playoff teams. We get a late bye week (12) which happens to be Thanksgiving week. Of our three two-game road stretches, two finish with a short trip home; and the longest is followed by a bye week. Lots of good rest in this schedule. Cincy gets 2 weeks to prepare for Pitt at home. We get an extra day of prep for Dallas (Mon) which is followed by a mediocre Tennessee team. SO much to like about this schedule.
As long as everyone stays healthy, I can see either 10-7 or 11-6.
10 wins on a fourth place schedule would be demoralizing, unless the Bengals make another deep run in the playoffs

CBS was eyeing the Burrow vs Mahomes match since last year. It didn't happen. It was Jake Browning instead. That's why I believe they made another pitch for it. The league acquiesced and even did them a favor by moving the game to early September as a precaution, as they didn't want to risk another Burrow-less game in late or early December

As a german Bengals fan it would have been nice. I visited a game in Cincy last year tho - it was awesome. You gotta admit that American Football is not a US thing only anymore. There are a lot of semi-professional leagues all around the world loving that sport.
