Does it matter which direction you triangle when he elbow escapes? I noticed you did two different ways in video. 1:38 and 3:26

I noticed you sometimes collect from right to left and from left to right when the opponent is on his left side. Does it matter which side the triangle is locked?

Salam Firas, as a new beginner, what’s the best way to approach your advanced series program? In what order, how often to practice the moves, etc..I’ve purchased the first 2 so far but I feel like I need the simple basics, mainly defense and escapes and what not.
