I don't know why I cry so much to this. Something about the song is just nostalgic. The melody is just so beautiful and the way it was written just makes me cry. I love every single part of this song. It just reminds me of me when I was younger before and during COVID, playing all day outside before the pandemic hit. All the good memories and feelings of nostalgia that will never return. "I'm in a field of dandelions," somehow hurts even more then when I heard it back then. The longer the time passes the more the song sounds fresh to me but still makes me want to cry. As time passes I realize I'm getting older, and that also just hurts so much! This song itself isn't really sad, it's just something about it that makes me want to cry even though the lyrics are about wishing someone would be yours by blowing on Dandelions which I'm sure many of us did for anything, whether it was a wish or even something else. This will forever be a song that I will always go back to once everyday.
