I’m the same age as you and I live on Vancouver Island, Canada in a 115 year-old little house with many of its original features. It is well loved and lived in - we bought it eight years ago right before the market went crazy and I’m so grateful because we could never afford it now. You are the first person who I connected with on my home taste. Our husbands are very similar and when you mention about Mark being a bit messy, and when you showed us your outside space… It was so validating! Great fun! I gave up jeans when the waists were so low but now that they are back up and the legs are loose I’m wearing them again. And I like huge sweaters and capris under skirts, I’m 70 now and simply don’t care what people think.

For instance I have never been to Aylsham or Reepham, where I have been meaning to go for a while, so definitely on my list. x

Had my middle son Michael and our darling grandaughter lily she is 13 months old wow already we are so blessed I have 3 sons Michael 40 Andrew 44 and Matthew 37.
