I use a staff on my “short fights” that said, the Arc is unique in your spending SO much time beaming that your not actually light weaving. In fact you’re missing 5 global cooldowns. The reason I like staff on short fights is because a lightning will boost beams damage and in short fights I’m spending all my time beaming. 😀

Hi, I’m so sorry for the incredibly late response, I’ve been live 24/7 for 11 months now. I hit for an average of 120k on a dummy across all classes. I’ve done it loads of times on stream. That said these solo builds are not designed to hit high on a dummy. They are designed to bring so many of the buffs and debuffs you get from a dummy into content. And that’s where they shine.
I am new to playing online and I have to ask I am just wondering if PC is a better way to play games online or maybe making videos like what you are doing well I might add if you can let me know what you think

The fourth red is almost always a flex. Meaning you could put something else in here if youd prefer. I found this better for me in solo. But you *could* run slippery iou'd prefer the break free, expert evasion if you find yourself dodging alot, celerity for speed. Its really a personal taste/playstyle. Also I noticed I spoke so fast there ill try slow it down in the next one. For dots my favourite has been fancy action bar. it shows both skills at the same time. This allows me to see everything before it falls off without being invasive to my UI. 🙂
@Geralt Grey-Mane So the daggers skill line grants a couple passives. The most important is called "twin blade and blunt" With daggers equipped it increases our critical strike chance. With a staff youd have to run a precise trait on the weapon to try keep close, however because we get it passivley from daggers this allows us to run nirnhoned on the main hand for more damage and precise on the off to oush the crit chance even further. Its a personal choice really. While youll do more damage with the daggers, if you like the staff just run it youll be fine. In terms of sustain, at those low levels the build has barely started. Its important to remember that the passives from so many places really bring it together. Light and medium armour, Fighters guild, even psijic, it all has a place. But especially the Arcanists passives these create your sustain. So Yes its definitely a low level problem. If your really struggling you can morph it to magicka morph and swap it back when your more levelled. or just not cast it so it still gets exp to level. 🙂 I hope this helps.

A very fair question! First sorry for the late reply. Second. I cant speak for others but I try to build my builds around not needing to heavy attack, however if your in a situation where you need to then Id swap to my back bar and heavy there for mag, then return to front. I hope this helps.🙂
Unstable wall is very necessary as you use it to proc the enchantment on the back car, this results in about 450 weapon and spell damage. You could drop something else for it though if you desired. 😀
Hi looks very interesting. What is the pen this is giving, you sated Thief will be better than lover in another comment but pen doesnt look high at all. I did understand you are adding critical damage so need high base crit to make it worth while is that why Lover would result in lower dps?
Great question, Lover makes you over pen creating wasted stats, I "THINK" if i remember correctly its about 13-15k pen. Ill need to confirm this on live though. I just remember in testing I tried both and did 5k more on average with thief. (Tested on non trial dummy).

Deadly + Nirn are a fantastic combination. Nirn is still one of the highest single trarget in the game. the combination of the 2 is good. Its not the best but its very good.🙂
Not yet, There is one in the works it will be an oaken one. The thing is the beam is just SO strong and like 80% of the arcs damage. I'm sure we will see a beamless one in the near future but I dont think it will be close to as good
@@RyanIsIffy Thanks for the response. I enjoy that lower apm styles and classes (now) exist. I am by no means an elitist but my hands enjoy a certain level of engagement. I like the arcanist but I can tell I will need more from it even at the cost of some dps. Preferably not all XD. If I can hit 90k with it I am content. I just need another Pledge dps.

It would be okay however you really do want consistent crit, as it usually outweighs spell damage/crit damage. Provided you've got an okay base first :)

I always *try* to include as many class skills as possible. Its helps for the theme I think :D

Using a deadly staff has the advantage that you can light attack weave better as you've got range.

Lightning I use for “short” fights. Otherwise I use daggers for long fights with an inferno on the back bar.
It's actually not that insane now it's live. Extremely strong but nothing broken compared to many other solo builds.
Its ability to mitigate the damage and sustain isnt like others. Others heal through damage. This prevents the damage in the first place. 🙂
