tbh the only counter to gyro zoning is valentine going love train with all three corpse parts, but he's too good at zoning that he keeps valentine in his weak af state
I feel like people forget that the whole counter to zoning in this game is rotating, there is no projectile limit, so don't let the projectiles pile up in one plane, disperse them. That being said, gyro is especially good at zoning and can break your combos if he threw a steel ball and you didn't rotate.
@@willvancleave7081 that is true, it's just that some of us tend to forget the rotation mechanic and our heads just instinctively assume it's 2D-ish and think we can't rotate our character to the side(even though there's literally a button dedicated to do just that)
Anywhere we can watch the full matches? It's hard as hell to find matches of a gyro that knows what they're doing, and from what I saw of his confirms he knows exactly whats up with him.
