Across from the resort pool is the dog park not a fire pit. Also the tiki bar is not in use at this time because it has no liquor license and management won’t supply the tiki hut with a bartender. We can’t even use the refrigerator!!
I'm disappointed they posted residents unfavorably. What else will they do to neighbors, or to you? Advice to these realtors: Do unto others as you would like done to you.

How much is the golf membership? I heard 5,000 membership fee but what is the yearly golf fee? Btw like ur videos!!!

over 500 a month for hoa is cheap?....most are all under 300.....plus extra for activities .....its cheaper with cdd fees...another scam community.
