We will need:
turkey fillet
onion
garlic
tomato concentrate
3 eggs
flour
parsley
AND THE RECIPE IS:
✅ Cut the steaks thinly and spread them with a hammer
✅ Season: oil, dry mix of spices, pepper
✅ Mix 3 eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Also add some parsley.
✅ Roll the steaks in flour and then in eggs and fry briefly in olive oil
✅ Remove the meat and fry the onion and garlic in the same pan
✅ Pour over everything with stock and let it boil. Add some parsley
✅ Return the meat to the pan and cover with stock
✅ Leave it for 5 minutes and that's all, the juicy steaks are done and ready to serve. We prepared mashed potatoes as a side dish.
