MTV Asia is officially closed down after 27 years. This was the second iteration of MTV Asia which was launched in 1995 under Viacom (now Paramount Global)
MTV Asia will be replaced by MTV 90s, an all-90s video music channel. This was Paramount EMEAA's decision to restructure its content as part of the preparation of the launch of Paramount+ in Southeast Asia.
What Paramount EMEAA should've done is to retain MTV Asia and reformat as a general entertainment channel and launch MTV 90s as a separate channel along with Club MTV, MTV 80s, MTV 00s, and MTV Hits.
Now that MTV Asia will be closing down, where will all the non-music oriented programming including Just Tattoo of Us, Ridiculousness, and Catfish: The TV Show and all the MTV live events including this year's MTV EMAs in Düsseldorf move to?

U can watch the non-music oriented programming and live events now on Paramount Network Channel, most of the content it's moving to there.

Unlike Channel V (the first MTV Asia), MTV (Paramount-CBS) still had a commercial prior to its shutdown.
Channel V be like,
"We all know, the best emcee, M to the B" then shut off.

Now, Malaysia is rebroadcasting MTV Live Europe Schedule as a replacement of MTV Asia, meanwhile Singaporean feed of MTV Asia was replaced by MTV 90's.

Not anymore, the channel ceased broadcasting in Vietnam on January 1, 2023
