Paramount Global is really cost-cutting its international channels. Most of MTV and Nickelodeon feeds are being closed and/or being merged (example, recently, MTV Nordic and MTV Hungary are being merged into MTV Europe/MTV Global), hence why most promos on European and Asian feeds of Nickelodeon these days are textless.
Seriously about the replacement (on its SD (standard-definition) feed), MTV 90s, is a really weird choice. Why not they bring Nicktoons? The channel had already its presence across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Or they bring NickMusic which already available in Netherlands and Australia?

I do had record the pre-launch handover continuity (31.8, 1:00am), the inaugural transmission will be at 6:00am tomorrow (1.9). Rest assured, I'll record that moment of change.
