I can tell you firsthand that often parents in some schools (usually high income ones) are too involved and use their influence to push around teachers and admin. All teachers want involved parents but sometimes it becomes as cliquish as the worst middle or high school students.

To many, our children are our greatest treasure and we SHOULD be able to pour whatever resources we can into their education and expect a return on our investment. I sent my children to private, christian schools with NO assistance and it was a financial struggle. That said, they are now grown but I still pay school tax, even without school-age children. Sorry I went down a rabbit hole there....
I disagree we need stable teachers for this to happen and they are few and far between we need to get back to basics first then start this conversation the kids are suffering.
