There needs to be a LOVE for stuff like this!! I absolutely love Porcupine Tree...LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!! Muah! And if you're reading this...I LOVE YOU TOO!!!! Pay my love forward for me! Yahweh and Yeshua and I love you ALL! Peace be upon you and yours! Many blessings upon you! Amen!!!
Can't believe they dared to cut this from the original video. God, what a fantastic song, what a superb interpretation and, hell, what a sorely missed lineup.
I think U won’t that much if U see PT live with their new touring Bass Player Nate Navarro? Please don’t forget Colin had No interest in returning in this Reunion…
@@larrycass3198 him not being interested is just an internet rumor. If you read an interview they did on him this year you'll see that he was, supposedly, as surprised as we all were when they only showed pictures of Steven, Gavin and Richard. Plus, Nate Navarro is great, but he's only doing a touring member and not adding anything new to the songs. Can't say the same about Randy who's actually singing and providing great soundscapes in parts where only one guitar is needed.
WOW! never seen this video before. Mellotron scratch was the first PT song I heard after a google search of the Mellotron instrument in May 2018. I've been obsessed with the music of Steven Wilson since. Thank you 4ctmam for this.
thought t same seeing GH, these smoother ballad-style tracks r t best! ...then I have to put on Regret lol to remind of t depth this crew have. b hard to EVER beat Anaethetize Live in Tilberg...
Every PT musical creation is a symphonic assemblage of sounds, that's primarily created by Steven Wilson. But still, this fine music is founded on the the instrumental keyboard creations of Richard Barbieri and the creative drumming of Gavin Harrison. But, the fundamental base lines created by Colin Edwin are to be equally applauded. And finally, the obvious the obvious virtuosity of the instrumental talents of both Steven (guitar and keyboard) and guitarist John Wesley deserves a great deal of applause. Also the vocal talents of these same two gentlemen deserves very, very much praise because its unsurpassed nature!!
Finally! This song from the Rockpalast concert was dropped to include an interview with Steven. I contacted the company that filmed the concert, to see if they had this song on video, but I was given the runaround about not showing it 🤷🏻♂…...
Absolute perfection from the 2005 Rockpalast show. Sadly I understand this track is being omitted from the upcoming Deadwing deluxe version release.. thanks so much for this!
After listening to C/C I miss the real one very much. There is nothing to compare up to Anaestithize or Incident. That music was unique. A point I don´t find in C/C anymore.
Yeah, the deluxe edition only includes the original broadcast, which omitted Mellotron Scratch, Open Car and .3 (all of which you can see on my channel).
They are singing live but there are backing tracks dubbling their vocals going on at the same time. PT and SW solo always did that sort of thing in concerts.
Very underrated song, the end is just heaven
Agreed
Totally!
Why underrated? It is just very unique.
❤❤just heaven ❤❤
Gavin’s chimes, toms, open hihat movements, pure perfection!
As much as Steven want’s to move from the past, this incarnation was impeccable
True words
I would say very underrated band.
Legendary band. But his solo work has been incredible as well.
John Wesley have a Wonderful Voice!!!!😍

This little played gem is absolutely perfection. Wes is magnificent.
Gosh how I miss Colin and John Wesley 😢
Can't believe they dared to cut this from the original video.

I MISS COLIN

Me too
In my humble opinion, one of the best prog rock song of all time.
Could be my favorite track off this fabulous album-
John Wesley for ever.
Wes will be highly missed
Never missed him the last two concerts i was.

First time I see a live video of this one, definitely one of my favorites!
Si bien toda la canción en sí es hermosa, los dúos del final (que en el álbum son tríos) son magicos!
John Wesley😍😍
This is amazing… downloading this. MS is one of my favorite songs by PT and I’ve never seen this.
Finally! This song from the Rockpalast concert was dropped to include an interview with Steven. I contacted the company that filmed the concert, to see if they had this song on video, but I was given the runaround about not showing it 🤷🏻♂…...
arncha glad you can watch it now? Sublime
The Bass Man is so Chill, great look.
Man…. This is great. Love this song, my favorite from PT and I’ve never seem a live version as good as this. Thank you.
This song is absolutely FANTASTIC! PT always deliver and never let down!
Amazing band, amazing live version
Absolute perfection in the sound
Amazing group
Vocals and backing...amazing...🙀🙀😊🙏♦️💎♦️💎♦️💖💖💕♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💖🌬🌊🌊
Gorgeous❤
The soundscapes of this song are extraordinary. Garvin’s use of those little splash cymbals are perfection.

Alucinante !!!
The best song of the album IMO.
Absolute perfection from the 2005 Rockpalast show. Sadly I understand this track is being omitted from the upcoming Deadwing deluxe version release.. thanks so much for this!
But what and how did you understand?
Why will this track be omitted from the newly released Deluxe Edition?
Please help me understand man
????
Phil Stewart bro please reply man
Phil Stewart please bro reply
It's not omitted, no worries
Excellent!!!
Great song and great video production!!
so epic
pure magic 🙂
wish the outro was longer. I can't listen to this song without fucking crying a whole amazon river :/
Some of those chord structures in the first 4 minutes sound like “Ten Years Gone” meets “Würm”
There are two types of musician: Steven Wilson and the rest of them.
Wait, what?! Did they finally release the full show? This part of the video was omitted for years!!
Even i need an answer to this question
Where did you find this video from?
I thought this was a fake video at first
Wes was perfection with this band, shame Steve doesn't see it this way.
New guitarist voice is beter imo. More like wilson
7:08 I like thinking it’s Gavin who hands the guitar to Steven Wilson 😂
6:00 ❤❤❤❤
The new guy is good but will never match the combination of Wesley's voice with Steven's.
Well he proved you wrong i think
I completely agree! And so far, I prefer Wes’ guitar playing to the new guys….
Pure acid
I'm sorry but Porcupine Tree without the greatness of Colin Edwin's bass are nothing!!!!!!!
Why do those PRS sound like acoustics? Is it a feature, or is it a partial playback?
Piezo pickups.
After listening to C/C I miss the real one very much. There is nothing to compare up to Anaestithize or Incident. That music was unique. A point I don´t find in C/C anymore.
Te amo PT
Rohit, are you up for the final tonight?
So they just announced the deluxe boxset for Deadwing. And for some stupid reason, this song is painfully missing. 😡
Yeah, the deluxe edition only includes the original broadcast, which omitted Mellotron Scratch, Open Car and .3 (all of which you can see on my channel).
@@4ctmam I forgot about those too! Thanks for hosting the quality content.
@@4ctmam How could you find these 3 videos? Please tell us
Where did you get these from?
Is it just me or is Steven and Wes lip syncing at the end
They are singing live but there are backing tracks dubbling their vocals going on at the same time. PT and SW solo always did that sort of thing in concerts.
This is pure gold. Thank you!
